New Limited Edition Lithographie: Kings of Monaco

Monaco Grand Prix, 13 Mai 1956
Stirling Moss and Juan Manuel Fangio were partner at Mercedes-Benz the previous year. They are now some rivals, Fangio at Ferrari with the new Ferrari-Lancia D50 and Moss become the leader of the Maserati team with the 250F. Stirling Moss had an excellent start and led the race all the way to finish. It was his first “grande épreuve” win for the Maserati team. Undoubtedly, it was not Fangio’s day, after several crashes, he changed the car. With the car of Peter Collins, he continued the race with all his power and finished only six seconds behind Moss. The aura of being the greatest is fed, too, by events such as these.
