Some online magazine jumped to the conclusion that the financial crisis has arrived at the classic car market ...

The Ferrari 121 LM and a nice 275 GTB/4 sold in the 7 digit race, a potential buyer for the Ferrari 12 Export Motto Spyder lost interest when an email from the Mille Miglia organizer arrived on his Blackberry that the deadline was antedated from the 31 December (the deadline used by the Marva Organization), now to the 20th December 12h, Italian time.

The "Tour de France" prospect was disappointed after he inspected the car.

If a car does not sell, don't just blame it on the finacial crisis. True experts now: Every lot has it's own story

The Gstaad Auction is affected by bad timing. Besides, the Switzerland loaction may be nice for living or vacationing, but less than ideal for the classic car trade. Who needs the tax hustle?

Wouldn't Kitzbuehl be a better location?
