Following Scrutineering and Documentation in the afternoon, there will be an evening Prologue in the grounds of our host hotel, Rudding Park, Harrogate to get us in the mood for what lies ahead.

Thursday 7 June 2012

We will make “Clockwise” loop through Yorkshire starting with an early stage in the Great Yorkshire Showground, Harrogate. After that we head north to Croft circuit where competition entrants have their first race of the event. Following a stunning run across the Moors we reach Oliver’s Mount in Scarborough, before returning to Harrogate to do the 2 mile Great Yorkshire Showground stage in the reverse direction.

Another full day starts with Harewood Hillclimb as a stage going down rather than up. We move into Lincolnshire and the wonderful Cadwell Park for our races before a visit to the new track at Blyton Park. We do Harewood Hillclimb the “correct” way on our return to Harrogate late afternoon and this time use the service road as part of the stage as well.

We move camp down to the Midlands taking in at least 4 stages on the way to our final race circuit, followed by prize-giving that evening.
