Known History

This vehicle is located in our San Carlos California Showroom (650) 326-1000.

Classic 1966 Volkswagen Beetle painted Sea Blue over a cream colored interior. The car has been in California under the past two owners and seen just three owners in its lifetime. Powered by a 1300cc four cylinder engine that was recently rebuilt in 2009 at a total cost of $3,010.93 by Fred's Garage in nearby Redwood City, CA, this VW is mechanically sound and drives great. The original looking interior was re-upholstered in May of 2007 and has been kept in extremely good condition with no wear or tear on the light cream colored seats. The car was converted to a 12 volt system when the engine was rebuilt and also received a new starter and alternator at the same time. We have a number of service records that will go with the vehicle making this Beetle a great buy given its overall condition and service history. With gas prices on the rise these Beetles make for an affordable classic that will get 30mpg and continue to hold their value over time.
