In 1971, the first user Roger Williamson with good positions in the English league
Williamson in the races of the championship had available 2 713m cars official and that this workshop was Cavan Riley, and on occasion (for accidents, breakage or other reasons) used them both; the other at present there is at Donington Park museum.
Cavan Riley was a trainer and a pilot from New Zealanda, and today operates a workshop for car racing in England. He himself used this car in several races, although often not qualified.
At the beginning of 1973 still runs in England but was bought by Adelmo Fossati (Monza).
In 1974, regulations are changing and the car becomes 2000 cc, with a 25 mm restrictor, change the muzzle, it is moved and the radiator is mounted fuel-bags (purchased directly from MARCH Ltd.)
In 1976 the car participated in the Race: Lottery of Monza (06/27/1976) and subsequently acquired by Antonio Stalfieri (MT).
A few years ago was purchased by the current owner that the revision to race in historic races.
The car did only the Vernasca Silver Flag 2007 after the revision.
The engine was revisited in November 2017 in anticipation of the 2018 racing season. |
