The Bentley brand is to luxury cars what Everest is to mountains. Those with wallets deep enough to meet the six-figure price tags of the company's vehicles are treated to towering levels of refinement and prestige. Bentley coupes are hand-assembled at the manufacturer's state-of-the-art Crewe factory. This fusion of old-world craftsmanship with new-world technology is what the Bentley marque is all about.

No more appropriate than for the Bentley Corniche with its 'Winged B' radiator motif is the slogan "When nothing stands between you and the open sky, it is as if the wheels were wings". Though the origin of the coachwork of this model could be traced to the basic model Bentley T due to its superbly executed lines, the Bentley Corniche had a particular charm of its own and it was priced in class of its own, too. The coach-built models were the first to feature technical innovations like ventilated disc brakes or breaker-less electronic ignition.

Finished in white with tan hide interior, this 1991 example of the very rare Bentley Corniche Convertible is described by the vendor as very good and or excellent in all aspects of its condition and presentation. The car is made additionally rare by the nature of the fact it is a factory left-hand drive example and therefore suitable for use throughout continental Europe and the United States of America. Representing the end of the line of the truly great British coach-built motor car, it is accompanied by an extensive service history which documents the previously mentioned excellent state of condition. The car has a MoT test certificate valid until September 2008 and a road fund licence valid March 2008.
