In the 1970s Mercedes-Benz prepared the SLC also for motorsport purposes and had some spectacular victories, especially on long distance rallyes. The car offered here is an early example of the model range that is subject to current nut & bolt restoration.

All bodywork is already finished, the engine/gearbox unit is dismanted and ice cleaned as well as the engine bay and underbody of the car. A full FIA roll cage has just been welded in. The car will receive a complete new respray in classic silver metal, as the works rallye cars. The car will be equipped with sport suspension and brakes as well as motorsport seats and belts. Fender broadenings are optional available on buyers demand.

The SLC will receive a full technical check and historic car registation new for delivery. Completion is dated for spring 2019 - at this point individual ideas can still be included. More information upon request. ## Picture = archive photo that shows a similar car that is already sold. ##
