General history: This 230 Cabriolet B was found in a barn in Florida with 40450 km on the odometer and in its original factory paint. A New York-based dealer purchased it only to sell to a Daimler-Benz specialist in Athens, Greece. In 2009 the vehicle was restored at its entirety. Special attention was given to preserve the vehicle’s unique originality. Apart from a new wooden frame, no parts were replaced during its elaborate restoration. The overall result is a stunning, totally original Cabriolet B in show condition. It is currently exhibited as part of a Daimler-Benz collection.
