Low mileage example of a DB7 Vantage V12....
| The DB7 Vantage was first introduced at the Geneva motor show in 1999 with a 6 litre V12, 48 valve engine giving 420bhp and 400 lbs/ft. of torque. The car was offered by the factory either, as a manual (with Tremec T56 6 speed) or Auto (ZF 5 Speed) transmission. The car was the first really quick DB7, after the original lack lustre straight six offered from launch was dropped. Both suspension and brakes were uprated on the new Vantage and the car was extremely well received by the motoring press for both the significantly increased performance and the handling improvements.
Offered here, is a DB7 Vantage V12 Automatic supplied new in the UK through H.W.M Aston Martin of Walton-upon-Thames on 29th May 2002. This example is finished in Stonsay Silver with a light grey leather interior, the seats are piped in Pacific Blue and the dashboard and carpets finished in the same colour. The specification of the car includes 18" alloy wheels, cruise control, a multi-CD player, heated electric seats and satellite navigation. The service book is stamped as follows:
Specialist Date Mileage HWM Aston Martin 27.5.02 107 (Pre-delivery Inspection) HWM Aston Martin 12.11.02 623 HWM Aston Martin 13.10.03 2,755 HWM Aston Martin 9.11.04 4,004 HWM Aston Martin 21.11.05 5,062 HWM Aston Martin 15.6.06 5,650 HWM Aston Martin 26.10.07 7,618 HWM Aston Martin 9.10.08 8,027
Now showing just over 11,000 miles on the odometer, this car will be supplied with a fresh MoT, along with a UK V5c and all of its original service / drivers manuals in their wallets. With the prices of its earlier DB predecessors continuing to rise, this low mileage DB7 surely ticks the boxes of any enthusiast looking to add to a collection of Aston Martins carrying the fabled DB badge.
