*** Information in English: 1970 Porsche 911 E Coupe with Rare Factory Sport Seats VIN #9110200180 ENG# Blank Case (Factory Warranty Exchange in 1970) 108,000 Original Miles Less than 15,000 Miles on Engine Rebuild Signal Orange (1414) on Black with Original Factory Signal Orange Plaid Sport Seats 5-speed 901 Gearbox Clean and Clear Title Most Receipts Since New! This 911 E has had 5 owners to date. The first owner had it for only a brief period of time. There's a sales invoice dated December 1973 showing the purchase by the second owner, Daniel Johnson. He owned it for 33 years until selling it to Jesse Wurmbrand in 2006. John Audette purchased it from Jesse. Mr. Johnson was a fanatic. He addressed every little thing immediately - and he kept all records and invoices. John and Jesse continued this tradition. A couple years ago, the current owner purchased the car from John. He is located in NY but kept the car in Northern California. He flew out a few times a year to enjoy the car at local R Gruppe and Early 911 events. Shortly after purchasing the car, the current owner had the MFI system tuned by one of the best in the business. He also had Hayden with WEVO do a major service and install a WEVO short shifter but kept the factory look. In 1992, Stuttgart Auto Body in Englewood, Colorado did a high quality/glass out paint job. The paint still looks fantastic today with just a few minor chips which is to be expected from a nearly 20-year old paint job. There are no signs of rust on the car presently. Recently, the seats and carpets were removed and the floor doesn't show a speck of rust - just Signal Orange over-spray. Everything under the hood was removed and found the same story there - bone dry with Signal Orange overspray. The interior is in very good condition. The factory original vinyl sport seats have unique orange plaid inserts that match the body color. The dash is an early factory replacement in excellent condition with no cracks or warping. The 2.2 with MF engine was completely rebuilt by Storz Garage in 1997 with 82,000 miles on the clock. The top end was rebuilt again around 19K miles ago. Rebuild included new pistons and cylinders, align bore by Competition Engineering, cams, crank, rockers and rods reconditioned. All new bearings were installed and H and R FUEL INJECTION, LTD rebuilt the MFI pump. Beiker Engineering rebuilt the stacks. Engine has SSI stainless heat exchangers. This 911 has the highly desirable (and expensive) front oil cooler. Finally, the transmission was recently rebuilt. The original hydro-pneumatic E front end was replaced with SC parts. It has original S front calipers. Torsion bars were upgraded to Sanders 22/28mm. The rear has a Weltmeister sway bar. Wheels are 15x6 Fuchs that were restored by Harvey Weidman. New Bilsteins are on all four corners. Included with this early 911 are the original driver’s manual, original service booklets (2) with folder, spare, jack, and complete/correct tool kit.
