This Arnolt-Bristol Bolide is fresh out of restoration. It is a numbers matching Arnolt-Bristol that was shipped to New York, and arrived at the Arnolt Company ware house in Chicago in 1954. Documents prove that this and the other two "1958" cars sold by Manhattan Motors were actually imported into the US in 1954. It is believed that this is one of three "1958" cars that were mildly damaged in one of three fires that occurred in Chicago. They were refurbished and repainted, and then sold as new in 1958. This car is titled as a 1954 car and is eligible for inclusion in the Mille Miglia.

Driven by Carl Grassman in the early 50's the car raced at Hourglass Field, Palm Springs and Ascot.

The car can boast continuous ownership history and a period race history from the 50's.

Car has the original tool kit and jack. Restoration pictures and complete file, dyno, power chart
and the build sheet from Stanton Motor Sports who rebuilt the engine, accompany the car.
