1973 Aston Martin DBSSOLD

One of the rare seventy AM Vantage models, this is the ultimate development of the DBS and is an example of the last 'classic' six cylinder Aston Martin produced. In RHD with ZF five speed manual and power steering, this car has a thirty three year history file with extensive documentation detailing maintenance by Aston authorised dealers and the top Aston specialists in England since it was three years old. Importantly, the chassis and sills were fully rebuilt only 3,000 miles ago with a full photographic report. Just fully serviced and recommissioned at a cost of GBP7,500 after covering only 3,000 miles in the last twenty years, the car drives beautifully and is very strong mechanically. Finished in Cricket White with excellent original black Connolly leather interior and maintained as part of a ten car Aston collection and in the hands of AMOC members since 1980. When compared with their six cylinder siblings (the DB4, DB5, and DB6) which command three and four times the price, currently these cars are massively undervalued. Since restoration costs are identical it is imperative to source a car with full history and record of proper servicing and maintenance.
