Orange Signal (code couleur 114) avec intérieur en vinyl noir, cette 911T particulière a été livrée neuve en Italie par l'agent principal Volkswagen et Porsche Soverini, de Bologne. En 1972, la voiture passe aux mains de son second propriétaire, domicilié dans la proche ville côtière de Ravenne. Le livret d'entretien d'origine confirme cependant que la voiture était toujours entretenue chez Soverini. Il a été tamponné huit fois, la dernière fois en 1978, alors que le compteur affichait un peu plus de 100 000 km. On pense que la Porsche fut alors abandonnée et elle n'est que récemment venue aux mains de son nouveau gardien qui la propose aujourd'hui à la vente. Présentée dans son état de « sortie de grange » la voiture est largement dans son état d'origine et intouchée, bien qu'il soit évident que les deux côtés ont été repeints à un moment ou un autre. Toujours est-il que la peinture de la partie centrale, y compris le capot avant, le toit et le capot moteur sont, pense-t-on, dans leur peinture d'origine. Il est important de noter que la peinture anti-rouille d'origine appliquée par l'usine dans les puits de suspension est toujours présente et que l'écusson de capot Porsche est toujours en place, de même que les phares H1 d'origine, le tout laissant penser qu'elle n'a subi aucun dommage ou accident. La voiture est vendue avec le livret d'entretien mentionné plus haut et le libretto italien datant de 1972, lorsque la voiture fut achetée par le deuxième propriétaire. Un projet de restauration qui vaut la peine.

Finished in Signal Orange (colour code '1414') with black vinyl interior, this particular 911T was delivered new to Italy in 1970 via the Bologna Volkswagen and Porsche main agent, Soverini. In 1972 the car passed to its second owner, who was based in the nearby coastal town of Ravenna. The original service book confirms though that the car was still being serviced by Soverini; it has been stamped eight times, the last occasion being in 1978 when the odometer reading was just over 100,000 kilometres. It is believed that the Porsche was then laid up, and it has only recently passed into the hands of its new custodian, who is now offering it for sale. Presented in 'barn find' condition, the car is largely original and unmolested, though it is evident that both sides have been repainted at some time. Nevertheless, the paint on the centre, including the bonnet, roof and engine cover, is believed to be the original. It is worth mentioning that the original, factory-applied rust-protection paint is still in place on the shock absorber domes, and the correct Porsche bonnet crest is still in place, as are the original H1 headlights, all suggesting that it has not suffered any accident damage. The car is offered with the aforementioned original service book and the Italian libretto dating from 1972 when it was purchased by the second owner. A most worthwhile restoration project.
