This 1971 Porsche 911T-based RSR recreation features a set of custom-made RSR body panels, similar to the legendary IMSA and Le Mans racecars successfully campaigned during the 1970s. Before being modified, the original chassis had covered approximately 70,000 well-maintained miles, and the car retains its matching numbers powertrain, comprising a 2.2-liter six-cylinder engine with a five-speed transaxle. The previous owner, a PCA member for over 35 years, acquired the car in the early 1980s and it has been shown and used very sparingly ever since.

The Porsche was extensively serviced in 2006/2007, featuring new stainless steel brake lines, new rear shock absorbers, new spark plugs and wires, as well as new air and fuel filters. Notably, the Porsche displays no cracks in the bodywork whatsoever, and its dramatic Signal Red exterior finish remains striking. The interior features an FIA-approved roll cage, supportive Recaro seats, a Millennium steering wheel, and Sabelt racing harnesses. In addition, the carpeting and door panels remain very presentable. Under the bonnet, the engine compartment, 2.2-liter engine and transaxle are honest and correct in their presentation, and the floor pan is undercoated and solid in its overall appearance. This well-maintained 911 RSR recreation is ready for continued driving pleasure with striking ‘Rennsport’ styling.
