The Source of a Legend - an important example

For some experts, the 350 GT is the most important Lamborghini : for the first time, a completely new manufacturer challenged Ferrari - and more over, managed to humble Maranello cars : Twin-Cam V12 engine (the contemporary GTB had a single-cam engine), independent suspension on four wheels, luxury finition, and spectacular, new style.

This no-compromise, 2-seater GT is the foundation of the legendary Sant'Agata make.

The 350 GT is one of the rarest Lamborghini : officially, 120 were delivered (probably less in the reality), and less than 70 are still in existence.

The 400 GT, coming after of the 350, is heavier (steel bodywork vs. aluminum), and is a 2+2 seater. Furthermore, the design was altered and from all angles the 350 GT is more elegant and beautiful, with airy cockpit, lower profile, and exclusive, fascinating oval headlights. In fact, no bodywork part is common to both cars.

Our example is one of the oldest available today, the sixth car ever built by Lamborghini Factory in History !...More importantly, this car is very probably the one displayed at the 1964 Paris Motor Show.

This very early version is almost a prototype, with specific details only found on a handful of very earli 350GT: specific steering wheel, exclusive one-blade, elegant, front bumper, and also there are no air intakes grids at the bottom of the windshield.

Extremely well preserved and maintained, with a unique two-owner history, it is a unique opportunity to acquire one of the most fabulous Gran Turismo of the XXh Century.
