Known History

Condition

This is the absolute crowning achievement of the Jaguar XK model series, which, as is well known, started with the XK 120; followed by the XK140 and finally the XK 150.

Of all three series there was a coupé, a convertible and a roadster, which of course was the star and is still the most sought after today, which is not really because of its sensational lines is surprising. But be careful!

The XK 150 Roadster was upgraded again, the very rare “S”.

If you want to top it all again, you can only buy the Jaguar we offer, because a collector brought it from Germany to the USA in 1991 and restored and optimized it until 1996 without looking at costs and effort. Of course, everything is covered with pictures and bills!

So the car has the very rare original power steering (hydraulic), which contributes to comfortable driving.

The collector wanted an everyday and long-distance vehicle and therefore started from the beginning by replacing the standard 3.4 l engine with a newly built 4.2 l jaguar engine with 3 carburettors, which gave the car a 5-speed gearbox transmission , a stainless steel exhaust system including a stainless steel exhaust manifold, additional fan, three-phase alternator, beautiful Daytona Rudge ZV chrome-plated wheels in 6X16 with tires 215 / 65R16, a Sonnenland soft top, a specially made beautiful dashboard in solid wood (this has never been standard), of course a radio, contemporary stopwatches and and and . The result is simply impressive.

In the client’s order. Errors and changes excepted.
