This MG PB Special is an excellent MG Q-type replica. The chassis was modified like the original, the rear axle comes from a MG N-type and a Wilson pre-selector gearbox was fitted. The engine is fitted with a supercharger.
In the years 1984/ 85 this interesting special was built in Great Britain. In the year 2002 this car was restored to a very high quality standard in California USA. Much attention was given to every detail.
The MG PB which was used to base this special on was built in October of the year 1935. The car was delivered new to the police department of Leeds. Chassis number: PB/0358, engine number: 678A, UK registration: NRE293.
