Chassis number '09617' was originally delivered to the official Swiss importer SAVAF in Geneva, finished in Rosso Chiaro with beige Connolly leather interior. In the 1970s the car was exported to the USA where it was advertised for sale, with 75,000 kilometers showing on the odometer, by Ferrari of La Jolla, California in October 1985. The Ferrari crossed the Atlantic to its new owner in France, passing via Tiziano Caraguti in Geneva, Switzerland to Pierre Coquet, France in February 1997. Coquet then sold the Ferrari to Spain-resident, Pierre Pottet, who in turn sold it in December 2000 to a Mr Vercamer in Belgium. While in Mr Vercamer's possession, '09617' was subject to a significant refurbishment, with bills in the file totaling in excess of ?77,000 for the period 2002-2003. All the work was carried out in Switzerland by 'Auto Klassiker'. After completion it featured in the French magazine La Vie de l'Auto (28th October 2004 edition). Fisken's negotiated the sale of 9617 to its current owner who, being a gentleman of exacting standards, instructed further work by marque specialists GTO Engineering with recent bills totaling in the region of ú110,000. This has included a complete engine and suspension rebuild, a bare-metal re-paint, the re-plating of all chromework as well as the subtle installation of air conditioning. Currently the car is finished in its original color of red, with a sandstone interior, and UK registered.
