Known History

A wind of renewal blew through Maranello in 1992 when the Ferrari 456 was launched. This new coupe, an elegant design by Pininfarina is reminiscent of the shape of the mythical Daytona. The 442bhp delivered by the V12 made it the first car with four seats to exceed 300 km/h! In addition to its technical sophistication, there was comfort and a wealth of equipment. In 1998, Ferrari launched the 456 M GT. It benefited from an extensive redesign of its cabin, as well as several aesthetic evolutions.

The car on offer is one of the second and final limited series. Sold new by Forza in Turin, it is still registered in Italy. The bluish grey color of the body matches perfectly with the interior, stretched with the finest black leather Connolly. On board, refinement is a given and the elegant gear lever and its famous aluminum gearshift cover remind us that we are in an authentic sports car: the six-speed manual gearbox is an imperative! The car is supplied with all its manuals and logbooks, all in a beautiful leather case... The service book proves that the car has been regularly maintained, and allows us to follow the progress of its mileage, with regular visits made to Ferrari specialists who have confirmed that the car is matching. During the last annual service, in November 2017, the meter showed 25,760 km, a few hundred less than today. A very low figure, for a very powerful Grand Tourer!
