This particular car was first used by Mercedes for exhibition purposes and in September 1933 delivered to his first owner – the director of a furniture factory in Augsburg. The car survived the Second World War hidden in the furniture factory Stetter and was sold to his second owner in the 1950’s. The further history of the car is also well documented. In 2004/2006 this 370 S Mannheim was professionally restored to a very high standard. The work carried out is documented.
