1963 JAGUAR MkII 3.8 LITRE $15.000.00
Here is an incredible opportunity for someone wanting a pretty straight forward restoration project. Here is a car with incredible body and floors. This isn’t a project that you have to rebuild the body before you start your project. It has been left in primer. The only real rust spots are tiny and at the front of lower rocker panels. It has rack and pinion steering fitted along with new front calipers and brake hoses and stainless exhaust.
It appears really complete with all of its parts that come with it. The bumpers have already been chrome-plated. It has lots of new parts like rubber seals, hubcaps, trim rings etc. It appears that all of the glass and woodwork is there with the wood being in good condition. It was owned by a very long-established Jaguar repair shop owner here in Los Angeles. His intention was to restore the car but retirement and leasing his shop curtailed that effort. You can tell by the way all the parts are packaged and labeled it was torn apart by someone with knowledge. We have the interior, door panels, headliner with bows but obviously that all needs restoration. The engine wears the same block number as the Identification tag says it should. The previous owner said the engine was rebuilt by one of his employees who was very good at his job.
