Known History

This is a excellent Austin Healey 100 (BN1) from 1955 in Old English White and blue.

The blue interior and the blue soft-top fit beautifully.

The side windows and the tonneau cover are also blue.

This 100 has been perfectly restored and modified with a number of important improvements.

The engine has been completely overhauled and built according to the Le mans specification.

So with bigger carburetors and a special camshaft.

This conversion also includes the special aluminium bonnet with the louvres and the leather belt.

The cold-air box is also a nice detail in the engine compartment.

There is also a very special exhaust mounted.

The original gearbox with 3 gearbox is no longer in the car.

This has been replaced for the later model with 4 gears and an Overdrive.

The rear axle is also from the later model.

The brake system is greatly improved with disc brakes on the front axle and a separation of the lines for the front and rear brakes.

The restoration and the overhaul are well documented with photographs.

There is also a beautiful photo album in which the history is recorded from the import from USA, to the Netherlands in 1997.

There is a Heritage Certificate available

This is a really pure English sports car from the 1950s.
