The Cunningham C3 was the model that Briggs Cunningham used to qualify for LeMans as a car manufacturer. A requirement if he was to race. 25 Cunningham C3's were produced, 18 coupes and 7 convertibles. They used the Cunningham C2R racing chassis with a Vignale body and Chrysler Hemi engine of 5.5 litres or 331 cubic inches.

Elegant, fast and very powerful. They were the best quality American cars produced in the period.

The car on off is one of only three black cars produce. It was black paint with white leather interior in 1954 when sold new. It went thru a secession of owners before being sidelined in the late 1950's.
It is a running and driving car. Quite complete and in need of a restoration.
