Built in December 1990, the car was sold new to BO Strandell Race Team in January 1991. Having never raced it spent time at automobile demonstrations until 1992 where it was sold to its second owner who kept it for 22 years. In 2014 it changed ownership again and was completely revised by a German specialist.
In 2019 the vehicle was cosmetically restored by Boutsen Ginion Racing.
Due to never being raced we can safely rule out any possibilities of accident damage. The car has been fully scrutineered (crack test etc.) and is eligible for Le Mans Classic and any other Classic car race event. An expert evaluation has been conducted by Mr Jurgen Barth attesting to the car’s authenticity and signed the delivery receipt from the factory which is enclosed with the car’s documentation.
This Porsche 962C is based in Monaco, viewing can be organized with prior notice.
