Known History

Based on the “peaceful“ 190, Mercedes-Benz has developed a sporty machine whose 2.3-liter 16-valve engine came with a more aggressive design reflecting its performance personality. This limited production run was aimed at homologating the model in the German DTM championship.

The car on offer was delivered new to the Italian market, where it had five owners, including, since the early 2000s two Mercedes-Benz collectors. The manuals are missing but the examination of this car revealed that the mileage on the odometer, 155,000 km, is most certainly that of origin, as its state of use seems to be limited. We also noted that the car is equipped with the extremely rare air-conditioning system, which may have been fitted after leaving the factory by a Mercedes dealer. In good condition, with its beautiful black leather upholstery and its matching paint, this sports sedan has just benefited from a service by a Mercedes dealership. In a neat condition, this car could join a thematic collection, or delight a young father wishing to ride differently (and quickly)!
