Known History

Following its importation from the United States, this Porsche 356 C was subject to a high-quality preparation at one of the brand's best specialists in Barcelona. It was part of a Spanish team consisting of three cars from each of the 356 generations. Thus, the 9-Once specialist incorporated a special crankshaft on new bearings, racing pistons, rectified high-compression cylinder heads and new valves. Thanks to these upgrades, the cubic capacity was consequently increased to 1,800cc. This rebuilt and tested engine has just been fitted to the car and will be delivered with a 0 km on the clock. As for the interior, modifications were carried out to ensure the driver's safety and optimal support thanks to an approved roll bar, as well as racing bucket seats and harnesses which will have to be replaced in order to be approved.

This quality preparation pays tribute to this legendary model, especially since it is one of the latest versions considered to be the most successful and interesting ones to drive. Thanks to a more powerful engine and improved powertrain, the 356 C moved away from the first 356 and the VW Beetle despite embracing its design. It showcased a more profound character, with an assertive sportiness which would greatly define Porsche in the history books and help give the manufacturer a reputation that has resolutely been upheld ever since. This prepared version, which was exemplified on numerous race tracks, will be able to showcase the brand's reputation and that of the team who will use it to compete
