Chassis #25 has one one of the most illustrious race histories of any of the racing Dodge Viper GTS-R models made.
In 2000, french racer and team owner Paul Belmondo acquired this Viper new and his team campaigned the car from 2000 onwards. During its first year, the car was raced in an all-yellow livery in the FIA GT championship, winning a race at the Hungaroring. Belmondo raced the car again in the FIA GT Championship during 2001 where it also appeared at Le Mans. Following another full campaign in 2002, it only made singular appearances before it was retired from contemporary racing towards the end of 2005. The car was then acquired from Paul Belmondo by a marque specialist who restored #25 to the 2002 livery as used when the car won the Silverstone round of the FIA GT Championship. The car was also victorious at Zolder in 2003. Last year the car was demonstrated at the 2017 Grand Prix de l'Age d'Or.
A truly historical racecar with great history - ready to race and eligible for an increasing number of prestigious events in historic racing.
