The American Motors Corporation was definitely looking forward when it designed the AMX. A two seat cousin of the four seat Javelin during its first years of production the AMX had its own distinct look. In later years it would become simply an appearance package offered on the Javelin. Even when they were new the AMXs, were severely underrated by both consumers and the media. Many a Camaro and Mustang met there demise at the hands of a skilled driver behind the wheel of an AMX. This copper colored example is powered by the 390 cu.in.V8 engine. It also has a tan interior, four-speed manual transmission and the Go-Pack. If you enjoy going fast and doing so in something a little bit different than the rest of the crowd this AMX is for you!
