Known History

The MK 2 was considered at the time of its release as "the fastest sedan in the world", and it is true that with its 220hp and 4 series disc brakes, it could comfortably reach over 200 km/h! These sport sedans won the 'Rallye des Alpes', the Monte Carlo, the 'Tour de France Automobile', the ' Liège Rome Liège' and even the 'Tour de Corse'.

The car on offer, black with Mulberry red leather interior, was registered in Germany in the 1990s and arrived in France via the specialist Phoenix Cars in Tournai. It has been extensively restored both mechanically and the upholstery. It is equipped with an automatic gearbox, stainless steel exhaust, power steering and an electric fan. In 2021, the Cecil Cars garage rebuilt the brake servo and balanced the drive shaft. An invoice file will be delivered with the car.
