This 350 SL with its automatic gearbox is a Swiss delivered example and was first registered on the 13th May 1974. In 1991 the Mercedes was probably taken over by the 2nd owner who passed it on at the end of 2010 with a guaranteed 90’221 kilometres. Unfortunately the service booklet got lost, a written confirmation of the mileage driven is available though. In 2011 the beautiful cabriolet received major mechanical work for an invoice exceeding 10’000 Swiss francs. In 2014 finally, the SL was taken over by its last owner, he himself a car mechanic, and since used for summer outings. He also took care of the regular maintenance of his SL. With now 109’000 kilometres driven and boasting a soft top as well as a desirable hardtop, the Mercedes is in very good and cherished original condition. The last Veteran MOT was completed in June 2022.
