Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged (4.2 litre)
| ![CDATA[ There can be few cars that are as well-known and iconic as the mighty Range Rover. Launched in 1970 and built in the UK, this leader in the 4x4 field is now on its fifth incarnation. Enjoyed by Royalty and rap stars alike the Range Rover is both aspirational and practical. The car described as ‘the best 4x4 by far’ and has been the winner of numerous awards. In 1972 the British Trans-Americas Expedition using Range Rovers became the first vehicle-based expedition to traverse the Americas from north-to-south, including traversing the roadless Darien Gap. Topped by the premium model using a supercharged version of the Jaguar 4.2 litre V8 developing 400bhp.
This 4.2 Vogue SE Supercharged was registered in July 2006 and is an example of the fourth generation of the world-famous Range Rover. This top of the range example presents well in Java Black paint with a cream leather interior. This is complemented by an enormous array of equipment including navigation system, radio, CD player, rear view camera and DVD rear seat entertainment. The audio system was co-developed with Harman Kardon. Offered with two keys and a stamped service booklet containing 12 entries, the last with Auto-tech in July 2021 at 83,836 miles. Offered to auction with a V5C registration document, an MoT test certificate valid until September 2023, this Range Rover is presented to auction without reserve but looks every part a car worthy of its £80,000 when new price tag.
