Known History

We are pleased to offer this rare '69 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 RS Coupe finished in original Cortez Silver.  This Camaro is very unique as it was originally ordered as a SPECIAL PAINT car as indicated by the dashes for the color code on the cowl tag.  It was also ordered with RPO VE3 Endura special body-color front bumper.  This Camaro was a very early built 1969 as indicated by the engine and cowl tag numbers.  Being an early car it does have a 7K RPM tach and not an 8K RPM tach which wasn't installed until later into 1969.  From what we can see and from what the owner has told us this is a completely original, unmolested, unrestored, original paint Z/28 RS Camaro.  It does have the correct chambered exhaust and 4-leaf rear springs, console with gauges, buckets, front and rear spoilers.
