After 1955 the car was given to Ferrari to repair and paint in red colour. The owner didn┤t pay the invoice and the car was in the Ferrari museum for 20 years. 1976 the car was sold to Jean-Francois du Montant, he held the car for 17 years. The engine was revised in 1998 by Blackwode Ltd. Since 1999 the car was several times at the Mille Miglia (2000, 2003, 2007) and had several Shell Historic Challenge participations.
