The street circuit of St Pete's was the venue for the latest round of the ALMS........the anticipated eclipsing of Audi for overall victory came to nothing.......the R10 seems to have plenty in reserve, that and a bravura performance from Allan McNish........in the classes normal service was resumed with Porsche, Corvette and Ferrari taking top spots...........the only blemish on the weekend was the injuries suffered by Tomas Enge.......who we all hopethat he will make a speedy recovery and then return to the grids soon.

Rick Dole was trackside to deliver this exhibition of light and speed.................
