LAHTI, FINLAND  3.-4.5.2014

”Dreams” is the theme for this year’s Classic Motorshow, which takes place in Lahti Fair Centre on May 3rd and 4th and the theme will be represented at exhibition in various ways. Also bonus attractions will once again be characterized by the same variety as the exhibition itself.

One of the "old" bonus attractions is the third time organized Classic Car Auction run by Triangle Motor Co. The objects going under hammer this year represent the most interesting collection yet.

Star of the Saturday auction, which begins at 13.00, is no doubt going to be a 1977 Maserati Bora (mileage only 10.000!), while Sunday’s bids, starting one hour later, will climax with a 1963 Facel Vega HK2. At the opposite end of the scale to these exotics are items such as Willys Jeep CJ5 (1957), GAZ Volga M-21 (1963) or a three-wheeled Harley-Davidson 750 Servi-Car motor cycle (1961). The last two of these are sold on a no reserve basis, meaning the highest bidder will collect the item irrespective of how low his bid may be. The same is also true of a Jaguar XJ6 S (1970) and a Dodge Kingsway (1954) in a list of 16 vehicles altogether.
