Suixtil, the makers of premium, heritage inspired motorsport apparel, has launched its latest ¾ length raincoat, inspired by the jackets used during the rallies and endurance races of the 1960s.

Named after the iconic Zandvoort race circuit in the Netherlands, the jacket is designed to be a valuable addition to classic car drivers and fans both inside or out of the cockpit, thanks to its added comfort and technical features.

The designers took their inspiration from legendary Formula One drivers of the era, such as Hans Herrmann, Phil Hill and Pedro Rodriguez, who all sported jackets of this style during their heydays. The Suixtil team used these original designs and lovingly re-created them using the quality lightweight materials (100% waterproof treated polyester shell and 100% cotton jersey lining) to produce a raincoat that passionate heritage racing fans will be sure to love.

The vintage labelled ¾ length raincoat features a double-sided full-length YKK zipper covered by six front snaps, with a high collar hiding a foldable hood and five pockets (three out, two in). The raincoat is highly adjustable for any wearer, with both the waist, hood and sleeve widths easily changeable to suit all shapes. For extra authenticity, the jacket also contains goggle holding snaps and a stitched-in “Ne’er lose them” key holder.

The raincoat is available in two iconic colours (British racing green or mastic beige) and comes in five sizes (S to XXL).
