Le Castellet, 25 June

The Le Castellet Paul Ricard HTTT circuit in France has just hosted two days of intensive testing for participants in the exclusive XX and F1 programmes. Yesterday ended with a kart race which saw them tackle the challenge alongside professional drivers. The sixteen drivers taking part in the “XX Programmes” and the owners of no less than nine historic Formula 1 cars took turns out on track. Helping making this event a success was the presence of drivers Olivier Beretta and Gimmi Bruni, who having recently competed in the Le Mans 24 Hours, were on hand to give out valuable advice to help those taking part to get the maximum driving pleasure out of the experience.

Making the event even more special was the presence of over ninety Ferrari owners, who stopped off at the Le Castellet circuit, as part of the International Ferrari Owners Club Meeting, organsed by Ferrari Club France, one of the oldest clubs with a very large membership.

The XX and F1 Clienti programmes will be back in action from 17 to 18 July, at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit as part of another special event on one of the most evocative tracks on the calendar.
